Demo policies
Safety, consent & rights
These are product-design placeholders, not legal advice or launch-ready terms.
Content rules
Uploads must feature adults only, be consensual, be lawfully produced and be uploaded by a person with the necessary rights. The platform should prohibit illegal content, minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual or secretly recorded content, revenge porn, coercion, impersonation intended to depict a real person sexually without consent, and content whose provenance cannot be established.
Every identifiable performer should have age/identity evidence and an affirmative release/consent record linked to the submission. Records should be protected, access-controlled and retained only as required.
Reporting & takedowns
Provide routes for performers, rights-holders and viewers to report content. High-risk reports involving consent, age or exploitation should receive immediate priority and access to the reported media should be restricted while appropriate review takes place.
Maintain an audit trail of the report, evidence, moderator actions, communications and final outcome. Provide an appeal route where appropriate.
Privacy
Do not collect or expose more identity information than necessary. Raw identity documents should not be placed in public storage. Use a specialist verification provider where practical, encrypt sensitive records, strictly limit staff access and define retention/deletion policies.
Uploader terms
Uploaders should warrant that all depicted persons were adults at creation, consented to the recording and distribution, and that the uploader owns or licenses the necessary rights. Terms should also describe moderation rights, removals, repeat violations, complaints, payouts and account termination.
